Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager, you will deliver a building maintenance contract looking after a portfolio of sites. Overseeing and managing Schools and leisure centres, this will be covering both hard and soft services. The successful candidate must posses strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills with previous experience of working within facilities management.

Location- Rochdale and surrounding areas

Salary- 75,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits

Duties

  • Review, interpret, and evaluate contract and service agreements.
  • Answer customer inquiries pertaining to the modification of existing contracts.
  • Prepare and evaluate proposals for the new or continuation of existing contracts and make award recommendations.
  • Negotiate and monitor the fulfilment of contractual obligations to gather necessary information for contract development and modifications.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while identifying potential risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence related to contractual agreements.
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of the specified contract to a strategic plan to incorporate H&S, time, quality, and budget.
  • Managing sites associated with hard and soft service provisions
  • Overseeing CDM Projects
  • Management of CDM projects

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • NEBOSH
  • Level 4 FM Qualification/ BIFM membership
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Recognised trade/engineering qualification
  • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information quickly.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with comparable role
  • Experience of managing multiple sites
