Our client, a supplier of specialist textiles to a variety of industries now has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team in Rochdale.
Working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing orders
- Creating international bookings
- Follow up on samples sent
- Take payments
- Customer enquiries by email and phone
- Processing returns
- Aged debt (getting payment dates for customers overdue)
- Processing claims with couriers
- General administration
- General housekeeping
- Assisting sales reps
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role - customer service administrator, sales administrator, etc.
You will have strong Microsoft Office experience and excellent communication skills.
