Customer Service Administrator

Rochdale - Office Based

Our client, a supplier of specialist textiles to a variety of industries now has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team in Rochdale.

Working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday your duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Processing orders
  • Creating international bookings
  • Follow up on samples sent
  • Take payments
  • Customer enquiries by email and phone
  • Processing returns
  • Aged debt (getting payment dates for customers overdue)
  • Processing claims with couriers
  • General administration
  • General housekeeping
  • Assisting sales reps

The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role - customer service administrator, sales administrator, etc.

You will have strong Microsoft Office experience and excellent communication skills.
