I am recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist for a leading textile manufacturer that are recognised for their commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Entering orders and checking orders received from website
  • Invoicing customers
  • Handling queries around stock, complaints, replacements, credit notes
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborating with the wider teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Handling freight quotes
  • General administrative duties

Experience

  • Good written verbal communication skills in English and another European language (Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Maintain accurate customer data in operating system
  • Processing customer orders
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Handle freight quotes
  • General admin support to senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to be persistent, work at a fast pace and meet deadlines

Package

  • Salary £24,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience
