I am recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist for a leading textile manufacturer that are recognised for their commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Entering orders and checking orders received from website
- Invoicing customers
- Handling queries around stock, complaints, replacements, credit notes
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborating with the wider teams to ensure smooth processes
- Handling freight quotes
- General administrative duties
Experience
- Good written verbal communication skills in English and another European language (Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate customer data in operating system
- Processing customer orders
- Resolve customer complaints
- Handle freight quotes
- General admin support to senior level stakeholders
- Ability to be persistent, work at a fast pace and meet deadlines

Package
- Salary £24,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience
- Middleton based office - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
