Paying £12.21 per hour for 15 hours each week + Benefits - Based in central Rochdale, our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their growing team on a part time basis for 12 months.
Working every Thursday and Friday 4.00pm-8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm/12 noon-8.00pm, this role offers a mixture of both home and office working.
THE JOB
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, web chat, and online platforms (Amazon, eBay, TikTok), addressing enquiries, complaints, and offering product support
- Process orders, payments, returns, replacements, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Track deliveries, manage courier claims, and conduct parcel searches to resolve delivery issues
- Ensure timely resolution of all customer issues within SLAs, including proactive follow-ups
- Support European platforms using translation tools (training provided)
THE PERSON
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Proven customer service or contact centre experience with effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using online platforms, CRM systems, and familiar with e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure
- Flexible and reliable, with willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Open to learning new tools, including translation software (training provided)
