Collections Advisor Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received by phone or email, accurately entering them into SAP system, creating order acknowledgments, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries by phone and email
  • Work closely with the sales team to address and resolve customer questions
  • Update and maintain customer order records
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment

Collections Advisor Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service or sales office role
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
