Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a commitment to helping students thrive? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, supporting students in KS3 and KS4 at a dynamic secondary school in Rochdale.

Role Overview:
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Secondary School, Rochdale
  • Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Pay: Up to £100 per day
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within the UK school system is essential.
  • Ideally, experience working in a secondary school environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive approach to learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to students in both classroom settings and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and supporting differentiated learning.
  • Helping students to stay engaged and focused, encouraging positive behaviour.
  • Supporting the development of student learning plans alongside teaching staff.
