Are you an experienced Senior Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Our client, an engineering company in Rochdale, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a convenient location just a short walk from public transport, their office is easily accessible. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our client's business.

In this role, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including answering calls/emails, ordering materials, day to day bookkeeping, and utilising QuickBooks for financial tasks. You will also be involved in payroll, sales and purchase ledger management, expense/credit card processing, and chasing outstanding invoices. Additionally, you will assist with audit paperwork, onboarding new starters, managing supplier contracts, and tracking projects using MS Project. This is a dynamic role where you will support senior managers with ad-hoc tasks, providing valuable assistance to the organisation.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive prior experience in administration, possess strong organisational skills, and ideally be proficient in using QuickBooks and MS Project.
