We are recruiting for an ambitious textile company seeking a Process Operative.
The position offers secure full-time employment with a salary of £22,873 plus overtime, working alternate shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have a desire to learn new skills, a methodical nature, and the ability to follow procedures.
Experience in machine operating and a good attendance record are essential, along with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to participate in shop floor cleaning.

Whats on offer

The Job

Train across all the factory processes to produce high quality products.

Lubricate machines

Inspection and quality check of products

Remove small skips and empty all shop floor bins

Ensure fabrics are securely wrapped and removed from machine

Replenish steel tubes from stores and store away new boxes when deliveries arrive

About You

Desire to learn new skills and have a methodical nature.

Ability to follow procedures and processes.

Enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Understanding of machine operating

Good attendance and time keeping record.
