  • Produce multiple product batches daily, depending on size and type.
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets.
  • Actively seek additional tasks and work to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Load/unload deliveries and assist with warehousing and order picking.
  • Participate in Health & Safety meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Occasionally perform basic quality control tests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support team projects as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Cost & Safety Improvements:
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved safety procedures.
