The Role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher.
* Maintain behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Support students in completing tasks and encourage engagement in lessons.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups.
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced teachers, recent graduates, or individuals with experience in classroom/behaviour management.
* Previous UK school experience is essential.
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
* Ability to provide 2 years of professional references.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for education.
