DBR Group, acting as a RecruitmentAgency, are recruiting for an experienced FLT VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driverto work at our client who are a household name in the Industrial/LogisticsIndustry in Rochdale, Manchester.
Our client is one of the UKsleading providers of logistical support and warehousing to time criticalbusinesses. The professional team operates from more than seven sites acrossthe country and, with 80 plus vehicles in its fleet, supports a nationwideclient base. As well as distribution and logistics, they own and operate100,000sq ft of warehousing. Their Rochdale facility features 50,000 squarefeet of modern racked warehousing using wire guided Very Narrow Aisle (VNA)trucks to maximise efficiency. This setup allows them to handle large volumesof goods with precision and care.
About the Job
Working for verywell-established company in Rochdale, Manchester. You will be working as a FLT VNA (Very NarrowAisle) Driver on a 12-week Temporary to Permanent position. You will workthrough DBR Group as an agency worker for 12 weeks and then transfer to theclient on a permanent contract.
Duties
You will be working as an FLT VNA (Very NarrowAisle) Driver
Experience/knowledge of Warehouse Management System(WMS)
You must be prepared to work within all aspectsof the warehouse, as our client likes workers to be an intrinsic member of theteam and be proficient at all roles and not concentrate solely on the use ofthe FLT.
You must also be physically fit and able to workalone.
Requirements
Must hold an up-to-date FLT VNA (Very NarrowAisle) Driver
Previous FLT VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driver experienceis essential
Hours:
Mon to Fri - 8 am to 4 pm (half an hour unpaidlunch break)
Remuneration
£13.50 per hour.
