Office Manager / Co-ordinator

Location: RochdalePay: £25,000 p/aHours: 0800-1700 Monday - Friday

Delta Obstruction Lighting are innovators in LED technology and are at the cutting edge of the design of Aircraft Warning Lights and Obstruction Lighting. They are installation contractors and distributors, having installed and shipped lights across the globe. They are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager /Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis at their Rochdale office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing up quotes for clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Responding to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Invoicing completed jobs using Sage.
  • Scheduling works and managing appointments.
  • Managing office stock and ordering any equipment as needed.
  • Managing the engineers training, ensuring that all certificates are up to date, and booking them on courses when necessary.
  • General administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and email platforms.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with Sage invoicing software is preferred but not essential.
