You will be working alongside the New Business Department of a growing asset finance company. You will be carrying out administrative tasks in relation to processing new finance agreements within agreed timescales
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking documentation and associated records for new finance agreements passed for payout and completion
- Identify any Issues /errors and perform actions required for resolution
- Prepare contract set up on system
- Raise payment instructions to suppliers/brokers ready for review
- Send payment remittances to suppliers/brokers
- Dealing with any payout queries
- Scan and upload executed copy documents/invoices to agreement records on system
- General Administration duties
Requirements
- Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate Team Leadership skills
- Office administration experience preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft packages
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner
- Good numeracy skills and be confident working with numbers
