You will be working alongside the New Business Department of a growing asset finance company. You will be carrying out administrative tasks in relation to processing new finance agreements within agreed timescales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Checking documentation and associated records for new finance agreements passed for payout and completion
  • Identify any Issues /errors and perform actions required for resolution
  • Prepare contract set up on system
  • Raise payment instructions to suppliers/brokers ready for review
  • Send payment remittances to suppliers/brokers
  • Dealing with any payout queries
  • Scan and upload executed copy documents/invoices to agreement records on system
  • General Administration duties

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred but not essential
  • Able to demonstrate Team Leadership skills
  • Office administration experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft packages
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner
  • Good numeracy skills and be confident working with numbers
