Our clients, an expanding Agency in Rochdale, are seeking to hire a Sales Valuer.
The role offers a basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000, with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000.
Candidates must have a strong track record in listing and excellent customer service skills.
The position requires a professional working attitude, a driving licence, and a positive, driven mentality.
This full-time role involves valuing properties across two local branches and generating business from leads.

Our clients, an expanding Agency in the Rochdale area, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer. The position will be covering 2 local branches and offers excellent long-term career growth and strong earning potential.

Working hours:

Full Time
5 day working week
Lieu day when Saturday worked

The successful Valuer role, will be offered:

Basic salary £28,000 - £35,000
OTE £45,000 - £50,000

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:

Strong track record in Listing

Driving licence
