Young Parents Team Lead role waiting to be filled! 

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Young Parents Team Lead

Location:         Rochdale

Rate:               £28,000 (pending review)

Length:            Fixed term until February 2026

Hours:             36 hours p/week, Monday - Friday with ocassional evening and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To manage an accommodation and community service for a young parent’s scheme
  • Provide a high quality and individual service to women and young parents who are vulnerable and homeless
  • To ensure the safeguarding of all clients and their children
  • To work with the head of operations in providing consistent and responsible line management
  • To provide individual supervision and appraisal to staff for whom you have direct line management responsibility and to organise regular team meetings

Due to the nature of the service we can only consider female applicants for this role. We also require a driver and an someone with an Enhanced DBS on the update service
