Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Role
* An ideal way to gain experience in an Ofsted graded 'Good' Primary school
* Based in Rochdale(other schools in other local boroughs available)
* Support pupils with behaviour needs
* Work closely with parents, teachers and senior leaders
* Build excellent relationships with students

* Track and monitor data such as attendance, progress and more

* Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only

Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Requirements
* Degree 2:2 or above, ideally psychology but any subject considered.
* Confident and empathetic
* Firm but fair approach with pupils
* Ability to build strong relationships with students
