The role of a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at this school seems well-suited for practitioners with experience and a Level 4 or above qualification.

As a large outstanding Primary school in Rochdale working on a Full Time basis as a HLTA.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;

  • Educated to Level 4 or above in a educational subject or an ECT who wishes to gain more experience will also be considered.
  • Will have recent experience working in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 or primary education.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
  • You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
