The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and using innovative methods to engage them in learning. Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;
- Level 3 or higher in Teaching and Learning, Early Years and Education, or a T-level qualification.
- Recent experience in teaching or working with children is required.
- Passion for Supporting Children:
- A natural drive to support and nurture children in their learning and development.
- Creativity and Innovation:
- Ability to create exciting, engaging resources that captivate childrenās attention and encourage them to actively participate in lessons.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for building strong relationships with students.
