Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the electrical assembly process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Plan and allocate work effectively, maximising the use of available resources.
- Coordinate with production management, engineering, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain stock levels for electrical components, managing procurement and replenishment as required.
Experience / Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, HNC would be an advantage.
- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience of working within an engineering or operational team
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Panel building
