Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the electrical assembly process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Plan and allocate work effectively, maximising the use of available resources.
  • Coordinate with production management, engineering, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain stock levels for electrical components, managing procurement and replenishment as required.


Experience / Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, HNC would be an advantage.
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience of working within an engineering or operational team
  • Able to read electrical drawings
  • Panel building
