The Job:

Build sub-assemblies from component level following schematics.

Work to tight tolerances (-10 microns)

Working on complex machine builds

Maintenance of refurb of heavy machinery

Working experience of hydraulics and pneumatics would be an advantage.

Confident with bearings, gears, and machine alignment

About you:

Mechanical trained with experience of machine build/assembly

Experience of multi axis precision machinery

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Confidence and the ability to work in a precision engineering environment and the ability to work on bespoke and one-off items.

Good all-round mechanical assembler with a confident understanding of machine tools
