Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Motor Claims Handler:
- Taking details of new claims and managing existing ones
- Building relationships with referrers
- Providing consistent high-level service to clients
- Investigating and identifying potential fraudulent cases
- Ensuring clients return to their pre-accident position
Required knowledge and experience for the Motor Claims Handler role:
- Motor claims experience (Essential )
- Credit hire experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Pro Claim system preferred)
