Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Import Administrator to join our team at Footasylum. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Merchandising team to manage Supply Chain Operations and Own Brand production/delivery, utilising your attention to detail and an understanding of the knock on effects of every task undertaken.

The role is varied and will include:

Manage all Imports documents data sheets and filing system

Weekly Data File Maintenance such as ex-factory and Country of Origin updates on ERP system.

Ensure documentation for import/export shipments is accurate for all Freight movements

Perform regular analysis, reconciliations, problem solving and progress chasing of all shipments and invoices

Understand financial documents and work with the Accounts team to manage payments and invoices

Work closely with the freight forwarders and suppliers on all documentation aspects

Airfreight quotes and approval requests

Provide clearance instructions to Freight Fowarders

Weekly warehouse Intake bookings

Support on all customers compliance shipment requirements approving carton labels and barcodes as when required
