Logistics Administrator
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Location: Rochdale

Logistics AdministratorKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to arrange import and export of raw materials and finished products globally
- Coordinate with the sales office to process customer orders and delegate them to warehouse operatives for picking and packing
- Schedule transportation for goods to be delivered to customers
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date
- Utilise SAP to manage warehouse stock levels and locations
- Monitor stock levels and request replenishment from the main warehouse when necessary
- Oversee and manage the company's webshop
- Handle incoming calls and prioritise workload accordingly
This is an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing company in its industry. Experience with SAP stock systems is preferred but not essential.
Logistics AdministratorRequirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience with SAP stock systems is a plus
