A highly successful and very well-established organisation with multiple sites across the North of England are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their Warehouse team within their head office based in Rochdale. This is a temporary job opportunity that will be warehouse based, Monday to Friday.

THE JOBAs Temporary Warehouse Administrator you will support the warehouse and planning team with administrative tasks, including goods receipting, stock transactions, stock takes, and sampling department requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goods Receipt: Process goods, generate barcodes, ensure accurate duty and carriage charges, and maintain delivery paperwork.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock counts, run stock take sheets, resolve discrepancies, and transfer goods between locations.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise and expedite orders, track progress, and update systems.
  • Sampling: Manage sampling stock levels, raise orders for binders and samples, ensure timely delivery, and update records.
  • Identify and implement service improvements.

THE PERSON

Key Skills and Attributes required:

  • Strong administration experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and general IT.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
  • Effective team player with good initiative and clear communication skills.
