Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of our property department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professionals
  • Assist senior conveyancers and directors
  • Prepare contract packs and conduct property searches
  • Review legal titles and raise enquiries
  • Draft necessary accounts forms and understand client ledgers
  • Report to lenders and submit Certificates of Title
  • Prepare Land Registry applications and address requisitions
  • Handle post-completion matters with efficiency

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK and be a UK resident
  • Previous experience managing a caseload
  • Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with minimum 3 years of PQE (experienced paralegals considered)
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing law and practice
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a busy conveyancing department
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude
  • Experience with case management systems (beneficial, not mandatory)
