KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global company in the food production industry at their site based in Rochdale.

What’s on offer?
- £48,000 per year
- Rotating shifts
- Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:25pm / 2:15pm – 11:10pm
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
- 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Maintenance Engineer?
- Designing and implementing improvements in production processes to increase efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety standards are met
- Optimising manufacturing operations and workflows to meet production targets
- Investigating and resolve production issues, identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technologies to enhance production
What do you need?
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
