Job Title: Site Manager – Fit-Out

Location: Rochdale

Salary: Up to £250 a Day

The Client

Our client is a leading fit-out business that boasts a proven track record in property development and investment spanning more than 20 years. They are looking for a Fit-Out Site Manager for a 12 month project.

The Role of Site Manager

The Site Manager will be responsible for all aspects of cost control, co-ordination, installation/delivery, health & safety, and completion of our clients 2 fit-out projects in Rochdale.

Applicants must have:

• Joinery Background
• Some M&E Knowledge
• CSCS Card (management or higher)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• IT/Computer literate
• Experience of managing fit-out projects
• Full driving licence and own transport.
