Weekend Operations Administrator 16 hours per week

The Operations Administrator Role Overview:

  • To provide client communications prior to installation, service & decommission.
  • To provide field engineers invites to their installs, service & decommission jobs.
  • Coordinate customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
  • Liaise with the monitoring station to ensure sites are commissioned and decommissioned correctly.
  • Update data within the departmental systems – always ensuring accuracy.
  • To provide accurate stock Allocation & return within the system.

Your Experience:

  • Annual Salary of £10,200.
  • Be available to work both Saturday and Sunday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • 1 year experience within administrative and/or customer service roles.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Organisational and time management skills to prioritise.
  • Proven teamwork ability whether in the workplace or extracurricular.
