Description
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Create engaging and insightful marketing materials
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to the planning and execution of corporate events
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the property market
- Support the Marketing & Agency Department in daily administrative tasks
Profile
- A degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Knowledge of the property industry is a plus
