Aftersales Associate Role Overview:
As the Aftersales Associate, you will be at the heart of the operation, ensuring smooth delivery of aftersales services and contract support. You’ll manage spare parts, procurement processes, and refurbishment contracts, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure high standards are met.

Aftersales Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities for spares services and refurbishment contracts
  • Oversee procurement, expediting orders, and liaising with subcontractors for timely delivery
  • Manage packing, dispatch, and invoicing of equipment and parts
  • Prepare quotations and support internal sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Systems and Procedures
  • Oversee stock control and optimize inventory management
  • Drive cost analysis to streamline operations and reduce expenses

Aftersales Associate Skills & Attributes:
