Our manufacturing client in Rochdale is looking to recruit a Maintenance Handyperson to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Hours of work – Monday to Wednesday 8am – 4.30pm, Thursday – 8am – 5pm and Friday 7am – 3pm.
Rate of pay - £13.50- £14.50 ph.
Maintenance Handyperson Duties –
- Perform mechanical repairs as required.
- Maintenance of doors, lights, and some wiring.
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the site ( Including machinery ).
- Assembling fixing kits for the products the company provides.
- Removing & refitting of company vehicle doors.
- Any other duties as required by the works manager.

Maintenance Handyperson Role Requirements -
- At least 5 years’ experience within a maintenance / handyperson background.
- Maintenance mechanic experience is preferable.
- Experience as a joiner / electrician is preferable but not essential.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
