  • Duration:  3 Months which can be ongoing
  • Schedule: Full Time Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm)
  • Rate of pay: £25-£26 per hour

MAIN DUTES

  • Provide a mental health service to adults of working age who experience moderate to severe mental health problems in the community
  • Undertake care coordinator role
  • Prepare, record and complete relevant documents and reports to a professional standard.
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of severe and enduring mental health problems, including personality disorder.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health and social care, including legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements and qualifications required for this role: 

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC. 
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Previous experience in working within an Adult CMHT team.
