Here are the details:
- Job Title: CPN – Adult Mental Health Practitioner
- Band: 6
- Location: Greater Manchester
- Duration: Â 3 Months which can be ongoing
- Schedule: Full Time Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm)
- Rate of pay: £25-£26 per hour
MAIN DUTES
- Provide a mental health service to adults of working age who experience moderate to severe mental health problems in the community
- Undertake care coordinator role
- Prepare, record and complete relevant documents and reports to a professional standard.
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of severe and enduring mental health problems, including personality disorder.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health and social care, including legislation.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:Â
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.Â
- Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Â
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Previous experience in working within an Adult CMHT team.
