Our client is a well-established Freight forwarding company providing Freight, Transport and Distribution services to Northern and Southern Ireland.We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Internal Sales and General Administration, with a focus on supporting the Managing Director.Key Responsibilities:1. Internal Sales:o Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business growth.o Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotations for potential clients.o Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.2. General Administration:o Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.o Handle correspondence, both internal and external, in a professional and timely manner.o Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Freight, Transport, Distribution experience* Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Salary and Benefits:* £25,000 to £30,000 circa * Commission/Bonus* 23 Days holiday plus extra holidays for a Christmas Shutdown
