Your new companyHays are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for mental health to provide high-quality therapy to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating therapeutic interventions and suitability of clients for CBT
- Developing and delivering individualised or group-based treatment plans based on CBT principles and techniques
- Evaluating the outcomes and effectiveness of the therapy
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and develop treatment goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of the therapy
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards of practice
What you'll need to succeed
- A professional qualification in psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy
- Having postgraduate training and accreditation in CBT from a recognised provider
- Experience in providing CBT in a clinical setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Professional Registration
