Your new companyHays are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for mental health to provide high-quality therapy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating therapeutic interventions and suitability of clients for CBT
  • Developing and delivering individualised or group-based treatment plans based on CBT principles and techniques
  • Evaluating the outcomes and effectiveness of the therapy
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and develop treatment goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of the therapy
  • Adhering to ethical and professional standards of practice

What you'll need to succeed

  • A professional qualification in psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy
  • Having postgraduate training and accreditation in CBT from a recognised provider
  • Experience in providing CBT in a clinical setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Professional Registration
