Joiner - Housing

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Joiner to join Rochdale Council's Managed Property Services (MPS) on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This role is part of areactive and planned maintenance team providing a high quality building maintenance service to the customers of Rochdale Borough Council.

The candidatewill be required to carry out various joinery installations and repairs, within set timescales, to a manner that demonstrates a high regard for customer care, and a high standard of workmanship, efficiency and compliance with customer / contract requirements.

This post requires the candidate to have gainedrelevant vocational qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds) in this area of expertise, and be able to demonstrate a vast work experience across the trade.
