Sonic Summary

Our clients, an expanding Agency in the Rochdale area, are seeking to recruit a Sales Valuer to cover two local branches.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000, with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000.
Candidates must have a strong track record in Listing, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, driven mentality.
A driving license and a professional working attitude are also required for this role.
The successful Valuer will have opportunities for career progression and will be responsible for generating business and valuing properties across two offices.

Our clients, an expanding Agency in the Rochdale area, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer. The position will be covering 2 local branches and offers excellent long-term career growth and strong earning potential.

Working hours:

Full Time
5 day working week
Lieu day when Saturday worked

The successful Valuer role, will be offered:

Basic salary £28,000 - £35,000
OTE £45,000 - £50,000
