Aspire people are on the hunt for enthusiastic, experienced Primary teachers to join our day-to-day supply team for Rochdale and the surrounding areas. Working as a day to day supply teacher will help build your experience across multiple classrooms and work with diverse schools.
We also have multiple full time long term roles available to start from December/ January which will continue until July 2025.
What does the role include:
* Provide high quality teaching cover across a range of primary year groups and subjects
* Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the school, ensuring continuity in the students learning
* Create a positive and supportive classroom environment for all students
* Managing student behaviour and maintain discipline effectively and in accordance with school policies
What are we looking for?
* Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
* Experience working with primary aged students
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
* Ability to adapt in to different classroom environments when required and experience establishing rapport with students
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
