Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality FMCG products seeking a Head of Buying to join their team.
The role is hybrid, allowing for work from home two days a week, and involves managing a team of buyers across various categories.
Candidates should have experience as a Senior Buyer in FMCG with multiple category responsibilities and strong people management skills.
The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 along with a £10,000 bonus and staff discount.
Applicants should possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and SUMIF.

Hybrid Role, WFH 2 days a week

The Role

Manage a team of buyers across multiple categories and suppliers
Support the team to use the principles of category management
Manage the promotional cycle of the business
Develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

The Candidate

Experienced FMCG Senior Buyer with multiple category responsibility
Experienced people manager
Strong network within FMCG supplier & Customer base.
Excellent command of Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF etc)
