The responsibilities of the Quality Managerrole are as follows:

  • Work closely with customers to resolve any complaints/Issues
  • Manage all internal / external non-conformances
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Inspect parts before final sign off
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • High level of experience of working ISO 9001

The skills required to fulfil the role of Quality Manager are as follows:

  • Experience of auditing ISO 9001
  • Proven problem solving experience
  • Experience of managing Quality based teams
  • Ideally have experience in SPC/MSA
