Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Oldham /Rochdale/ Middleton area

£18,000 - £23,000 + Package

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a family run construction business based near Oldham.

As their Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting the commercial delivery of residential and educational development schemes and assist the QS with cost management for development and contracting projects from procurement to the completion of sub-contract final accounts.

  • HNC / Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction management or equivalent
  • A good understanding or building regulations and legal obligations
  • A good knowledge or construction methods and materials

  • Ability to assess and analyse information
  • Excellent communications skills

Desirable

  • HND/or Degree in Construction
