We are recruiting for our team here at Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd, we are looking to bring a recruitment consultant into the business, ideally someone who has a background with recruiting into Accountancy Practice or someone who has a finance recruitment background that would ideally like to niche into a specialism and work in a candidate driven market.
Recruitment Consultant - The Job:
- Managing a current billing desk.
- Responsible for candidate registrations
- Responsible for holding candidate prep calls
- Business developing through working in leads and cv stripping
- The ability to manage your own pipeline and sales funnels
- Achieving daily KPIs, relating to candidate work
- Delivering on monthly billing targets
- Working on a 180 basis with scope to develop into a true 360 consultant
