Job Duties:
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants to address any concerns or queries regarding their accommodation
  • Coordinate and schedule property inspections and maintenance work in collaboration with tenants and contractors
  • Ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and complaints in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communication and interactions
  • Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements and lease documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and tenant rights
Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

Prior experience in a customer service or property management role is preferred
