Ongoing Temporary

£21hr (CIS)

Our client, a leading provider of social housing requires an experienced and qualified Roofer for an ongoing long-term project in and around the Rochdale area.

Roofer must have the following:

Hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Roofing.
Hold a full UK driving license or equivalent.
Have excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the repairs & maintenance service.
Have previous experience of working within a repairs & maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio
Social housing experience.
Ability to receive, understand and react in a timely manner to verbal (telephone), electronic (mobile device) and written instructions (work orders)
Be responsible for materials & equipment held in society vehicle and guard against loss or theft
Have excellent customer focus with a genuine desire to deliver a high-quality service.
Be able to leave a finished job in a clean and tidy manner with minimal disruption to the customer and home.
