Accounts Administration Assistant
Location: Rochdale
Salary: 16-17 per hour
Hours: Part-time Wednesdays and Fridays; also possibly Mondays - hours to be negotiated
Major Recruitment's Technical Division is thrilled to partner exclusively with a well-established manufacturing and engineering client in Rochdale. We are assisting in the recruitment of an Accounts Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team with administration and accounts tasks. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for growth, eventually expanding to a full-time position as you take over responsibilities from a key staff member preparing for retirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and accounts-related tasks.
- Liaise with multiple departments, international suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong IT proficiency (experience with accounting software is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- A team player who thrives in a busy and varied role.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
