We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate administrator to strengthen our Business Support team in delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will carry out general receptionist, administrative duties for all areas of the business, including duties associated with maintaining the office facilities to provide a pleasant working environment.
As first point of contact, you must have excellent communication skills, be smart and always have a professional and positive attitude. Attention to detail is a must in this role.
You will be comfortable communicating with all people within the business via telephone, email, face to face as well as welcoming visitors. Candidates will have a good standard of English as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be competent in using Excel.
Working as part of a small team and independently, you will be able to use your own initiative to recommend improvements and solve problems. You will be adaptable to change to meet the service required now and in the future from the Business Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and date stamping post.
- Copying, scanning, and distributing post.
- Typing duties, i.e. Letter, reports, etc.
- Mark up, date stamp, and barcode invoices.
- Photocopying, and filing of various documents.
- Answering all calls promptly and efficiently, dealing with all callers and queries in an appropriate and professional manner and relaying messages by voice mail/email.
- Greeting all visitors in a polite and professional manner and providing refreshments for meetings as required.
- Archiving of paperwork for all departments.
- Assisting Estimating Department with tender work.
- Formatting all documents to the Casey standard.
- Administrative support to all departments and Directors Secretary as required.
- Supporting with tasks around office facilities
