Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Rochdale to find a full time Science Teacher from Easter until the end of the academic year! The school are looking to cover the Summer term with a possibility of continuing into September.

The role will be likely teaching KS3 and KS4 General Science with planning and marking involved. The school would like the ideal candidate to join a supportive Science department in a desirable location with excellent transport links.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
• Recent experience teaching Science within secondary schools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
