We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a very friendly and supportive secondary school in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to make a positive impact in education by supporting both teachers and students in a variety of classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Help with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with a range of general classroom activities and tasks.
- Assist in the monitoring and tracking of student progress.
- Previous experience working in a school or with children is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive and supportive approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of students in the classroom.
- A positive attitude and commitment to student wellbeing and academic success.
- Up to £105 per day competitive pay.
