Early Help Support WorkerPay rate up to £19.26 per hourThe Talent Crowd are recruiting for an Early Help Support Worker to join a Safeguarding Team in Rochdale.The Early Help Worker will have responsibility for completing the triage/screening and information gathering processes within the set timescales. An integral part of this role is contacting parents/carers and significant others; children and young people and professionals,  completing home visits as required using effective communication and engagement skills. The purpose of this is to gather key information alongside providing advice and information on a wide range of identified needs; early help support available and identifying safeguarding matters ensuring timely referrals take place to Children’s Social Care or Early Help services. The Early Help  Worker needs a sound knowledge and understanding of services available to support vulnerable children, young people and families, experience of working with families with complex needs and ability to complete assessments  i.e. Early Help assessment and risk assessments.Contact me on  or for more information.
