Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) Support Worker role waiting to be filled! 

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          MEAM Support Worker

Location:         Rochdale

Rate:               £27,500

Length:            Fixed term until March 2026

Hours:             36 hours p/week, Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Play a key role in providing specialist support and assistance to complex, hard to reach individuals as part of a changing futures partnership
  • To support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage across the borough of Rochdale
  • To provide asset based interventions to relieve disadvantage
  • To appropriately challenge the system when it isn’t working for people
  • To build strong, supportive relationships with the cohort of beneficiaries

Due to the nature of the service we can only consider female applicants for this role. We also require a driver and an someone with an Enhanced DBS on the update service
