Outreach Support Worker Opportunity in Rochdale!

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:         Outreach Support Worker

Location:        Rochdale 

Rate:              Negotiable depending on experience 

Length:           Initially until the end of March 2025

Hours:            36 hours per week

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages across the borough of Rochdale
  • Provide asset-based interventions to alleviate disadvantage
  • Professionally challenge and hold partners to account where appropriate
  • Capture and report interventions provided on the data system
  • Report on and document the impact of the support provided
  • Participate in awareness-raising activities and other campaigns
  • Ensure the service remains central to multi-agency working

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in working in a similar role, have a driving license and access to your own vehicle and have an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
